Cost of Registration

The registration fee for our Annual Summer Conference in 2025 includes tea and coffee as well as supper.   The registration fee is payable within 14 days of the date of registration.

 

Registration fee

€240,00 / CHF 240,00  / R4 999,00 per person. (Should the exchange rate become better for South Africans, we will adapt the price accordingly.)

A registration fee is not necessary for children under 6 years of age and the fee for children between 6 and 12 years of age is €110,00 per child.

 

Accommodation

Our recommended accommodation is the Alpina, which is across the street from the conference location.  Staying in the Alpina will contribute to the experience of the Summer Conference with its family, community style accommodation.  The cost for the week in the Alpina is 240 CHF/Euro or R4 999 per adults and 160CHF/Euro or R3 300 per child between the age of 6 and 12 years, children under 6 are free.  This includes breakfast.

Day Visitors – 40 CHF per day (payable in cash at the conference venue)

Children up to 5 years old come without registration fees
Children between 6 and 12 years old pay 50% of the registration fees
